That belief has led us to an exciting new milestone: Angela Morsa and Rick Moore have officially earned the Certified Senior Advisor® (CSA) designation through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.

The CSA designation combines aging-related education with practical knowledge across health, financial, and social issues—giving us a deeper understanding of what our senior clients are really going through.

“Earning the CSA designation was incredibly eye-opening,” said Angela. “It went far beyond real estate—it gave us insight into the broader challenges seniors face today. Our goal is to provide not just real estate guidance, but real peace of mind.”
