I had the pleasure of working with the Morsa-Moore Realty Team for a second time in Spring 2018. They handled the sale of a condo unit, which I was using as a rental property at the time. When my tenants notified me that they would be moving out, I met with Angela and Rick and they helped me weigh the current pros and cons (financial and otherwise) of continuing to rent the property vs selling it. As with my initial experience, Angela and Rick provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision without pushing me in one direction or the other. Ultimately, I decided to sell the unit.
Overall, the listing and sale process went smoothly, and Angela and Rick helped to navigate a few inevitable road bumps along the way. We went to look at the unit and noted that a few repairs that needed to be made prior to listing, and they were able to recommend contractors who were able to complete the work quickly and for a reasonable fee. The unit was listed as “coming soon” while the tenants were moving out and the work was being done, which helped to generate interest prior to the unit being placed on the market.
After a busy open house, we received an offer within a couple of days. Angela reviewed the offer with me, again helping to weigh the pros and cons so I felt like I was making the right decision. Once the offer was accepted, I was able to take care of “my half” of the paperwork outside of settlement, which was definitely a nice convenience.
This experience was my third time working with this dedicated and knowledgeable team, and I would definitely do so again in the future.
